Coldplay Describes ‘True Love’ As The Best Tune On Their New Album
Coldplay had a concert last night in New York City, where Chris Martin and his band played their sixth studio album ‘Ghost Stories’ to the audience and closed the show with ‘True Love’, which Martin asked the crowd not to film and post on YouTube. "(This) is the best song off our new album that no one has ever heard yet," he said. "Sometimes you have to keep these things to yourself."
He made a heart symbol with his hands after performing the tune, which included the lyrics, "Once upon a time I was yours, you were mine." ‘Ghost Stories’, is due May 16th and features productions by Paul Epworth, best known for producing and co-writing ‘Rolling In The Deep’ and other tracks on Adele's colossal ‘21’album while Timbaland played the Bass Drum on Coldplay’s ‘True Love’ tune, thanks to Davidprimer.
