Here is an old Attitude interview by Inet6thestar, where he talks about how he started rapping and his earliest work, thanks to Trevor Banks.

TB: Who was the first emcee you looked up to and said "That's what I want to do"?
Attitude: It's a mix between LL Cool J & Run DMC. The first album I had though was 2 Live Crew. Me and my boi use to sneak that tape and listen to it . It was so nasty but so good.

TB: Growing up in the south, tell me about the struggle in the game?
Attitude: Coming from the south, especially Alabama in particular. There wasn't a whole lot of outlets for Hip Hop music in our area. There were no venues to be heard either. Now in 2006 , they're starting to play music from this area. Coming from Alabama you had to believe you could make it. I couldn't see myself doing Hip Hop if i didn't believe. There was no encouragement from anybody saying you could be a rapper, ballplayer, doctor ect..You have to have unity in a community in order to come up.

Attitude has been really quiet lately, and while I’ve been Googling about the R&B singer ‘Money’, I just came across this unreleased Timbaland tune by Attitude titled ‘For Free’, I’m not sure about you guys, but I've never heard this tune before, check it out below.

Timbaland Thursdays: Attitude Ft. Timbaland & Twista - "Stunt"

Another week another cut from the Timbaland Thursday vaults.

Here is Stunt as Attitude recalls back to Brian Byrd via the Timbaland Thursday website:

“…Well we recorded the song at Larrabee studios in LA . I think at the Time Tim and Twista were trying to do a situation together and he came out to LA while I was there we actually did like 4 or 5 songs all produced by Timbo. We were staying at the same hotel to so we got a chance to smoke a lot of loud hang out and and get work done. Me and Tim actually had already had our verses to the song when twists heard It he rolled up one and wrote one the hardest verses ever and he didn’t punch one line. He did it in 1 take.”

Further to our previous posting about "Steering Wheel" here comes the official music video for the Attitude joint, and now we can say for sure that this is produced by Timbaland and Tec Beatz. You can even hear the "Bounce" samples in there, which coincidentally Attitude wrote lyrics for!

Okay, so this is the first installment of the new series of free give-away songs from the Timbaland Thursdays site. This is fresh, Brian Byrd posted it a bit earlier today:



So what do you think? The beat sounds definitely like it was made by Tim and Danja together. It reminds me of the songs the duo made back in 2008 for Madonna. It also has that cool hispanic feel Timbo used for Ginuwine's second album. Plus it's really nice to hear Attitude singing in the chorus. Is it just my imagination, or is that really Justin Timberlake backing him up with some additional vocals? Tell us your opinion in the comment section!

Everyone has them and they're all over the net, there's no real reason to keep them "secret" anymore... So here they are:

1) Justin Timberlake Feat. James Fauntleroy - Bank Robber (Prod. by Timbalad)



Well, it's definitely nice to hear some new Timbo/JT, also cool to get a new James Fauntleroy demo. Sounds pretty cool, too bad it's unfinished. I also like JT shouting out other artists, such as Attitude or Lil Wayne.

2) Timbaland Feat. Bran'Nu & Attitude - Show Dat Bra


Well, I have no idea why this joint didn't make the cut to SV2 cause it's straight fire. Tim's rap is awesome on this one, and... Brandy's murming the Transformers theme in the background! Wow!

3) Snoop Dogg & Rick Ross - Dippin' In My Cadillac



This one is pretty weird. That strange electronic "beeping" throughout the song reminds me of some old G-Funk demos like 2Pac's "Untouchables" where Snoop was also featured in. The drums sound 100% Danja, almost identical to the ones on "That's Tha Homie". I love the way Snoop is using Ross' flow on this one, sounds really funny!

Timbaland Feat. Keri Hilson, Attitude, Sebastian - "Covers Blown" (DEMO)

Well guys, it finally happened, Covers Blown leaked and Timbaland knows about it, however this version that has leaked is only a demo as this version has no Sebastian verse, the final mastered version of it contains the Sebastian verse.
A lot of you are talking about how you want this on Shock Value III, well I'm going to clear the silence: this song is not for Timbaland's next album. Timbaland does have other plans for this song, but what they are remains a mystery to all of us...
However usually in the case of leaks we normally receive an unmastered/demo version of a track, and then soon after the final mastered version drops. So now it's a matter of time until we get the high quality version. Personally I'd love to hear this because I haven't heard a proper full Timbo/Danja combo in years!
