Joe Budden Talks About Old Timbaland Track 'Whatcha Doin''

Rapper Joe Budden revealed to BallerStatus.com in 2008 that he has a Timbaland track worth 100k, which was planned for his second studio album ’Padded Room’, but it didn’t make the final cut.

BallerStatus.com: A lot of these rappers feel they need A-list production to break into mainstream. Do you feel you need a Just Blaze or Timbaland to do that?
Joe Budden: No, I got a Timbaland track in my computer right now that I paid $100 grand for that never came out, that I never did anything with. So just because you go to these big name producers doesn't mean, doesn't guarantee that you're going to come away a record. When you're independent, the way I am this second, it doesn't really make sense to go spend $30, 40, 50, 60, 70 grand on a beat. That doesn't make sense. You just need to go harder with beat selection. I got a track on my first album called "Give Me A Reason" that Just Blaze produced that everybody hated. So I mean it don't really guarantee that, but I love Just Blaze, let me say that.

Money - The Future (Timbaland, Danjahandz) (08')

Here is an Unreleased tune by the R&B singer ‘Money’, with the tune ‘The Future’ produced by Timbaland and Danjahandz from 2008. Having already caught the ear of famed producer/songwriter Walter Milsap III and the biggest producer in music today Mr. Timbaland himself, Money is well on her way to show the world how a true visionary thinks. R&B singer Money has been signed to Blackground/Universal.

A California native, Money grew up in a musical family with both her father and sister looking to be future singers. Raised on everything from Jazz to Gospel, R&B to Rock ‘N Roll, Money’s biggest influence is Prince. She first started singing at age 15, but was not satisfied with only one aspect of performance rather she was determined to become an all-around entertainer. As time went on, she decided it was time to follow her dreams and pursue a career in the music industry.

While taking dance classes at the famed Millenium Dance Studios in Los Angeles, Money met choreographer  Dave Scott (You Got Served, Stomp The Yard) and his partner, stylist coordinator Keisha Gamble. Both saw the limitless potential in Money and quickly became in charge of her artistic development. Scott later introduced Money to the legendary Walter Milsap III, a meeting which would change her life forever. She’s most familiar from the Shock Value album on the Milsap produced tune ‘Fantasy’ that features Money. Check out both tunes below.
